Freezoccino & Fruit Smoothies
Ice Blended Basic -  Download the Recipe sheet

Freezoccino - All Flavours Ice Blended (355ml)
Basic ice-blended recipe for All Cappstar products.

  • Pour 1/2 cup of water/milk into blender
  • Pour 1½ scoops of Cappstar mix into blender
  • Add 1½ cups of ice into blender
  • Blend for 30 secs or until smooth
  • Enjoy!

Freezoccino S'mores  

  • In a blender, pour 150ml of milk/water, 1&1/2 cups of ice
  • Add 2 scoops of Cappstar Iced Coffee Freezoccino
  • Blend for 25 secs or until smooth
  • Pour 50ml melted chocolate sauce into bottom of glass.
  • Pour blended Freezoccino over chocolate, garnish with whipped cream, toasted marshmallows and crumbed wholemeal crackers.
  • Yum Yum - Totally S'Moorish

Taro-Mallow - Ice Blended

  • In a blender, pour 150ml of milk/water, 1&1/2 cups of ice
  • Add 2 scoops of Taro Powder
  • Blend for 25 secs or until smooth.
  • Garnish with whipped cream, toasted marshmallows and crystal sugar.
    Irresistibly Purple!

Freezoccino Affogatto

  • In a blender, pour 150ml of milk/water, 1&1/2 cups of ice
  • Add 2 scoops of Cappstar's Iced Coffee Freezoccino
  • Blend for 25 secs or until smooth
  • Express 30ml espresso and pour into bottom of glass.
  • Pour Frosted Latte over coffee shot
  • Garnish with chocolate sauce and whipped cream. 
  • A must for coffee lovers!

Turkish Delight Allright

  • In a blender, pour 150ml of milk/water, 1&1/2 cups of ice
  • Add 2 scoops of Cappstar's White Chocolate
  • Add 15ml Rose Syrup
  • Blend for 25 secs or until smooth
  • Garnish with strawberry sauce, whipped cream & a Turkish Delight
  • Pretty & delicious.

Strawberry Creme Smoothie

  •  Blend 1 & 1/2 scoops Vanilla Smoothie Mix with 1&1/2 cups of ice and 150ml milk.
  • Layer the Vanilla Smoothie Mix into the bottom of glass.
  • Add to remaining mixture: 1/2 cup ice and 80ml Strawberry smoothie/sauce 
  • Blend for 25 secs or until smooth
  • Pour over Vanilla Frost Smoothie.
  • Garnish with a dollop of fresh cream, strawberries and sugar crystals.
  • Mother Nature's favourite! 

Berry Ombre Smoothie

  •  Blend 1 & 1/2 scoops Vanilla Smoothie base with 1&1/2 cups of ice and 150ml milk.
  • Layer the Vanilla Smoothie into the bottom of glass.
  • Add to remaining mixture: 1/2 cup ice and 80ml Mixed Berry smoothie/sauce, blend and add layer over the Vanilla Smoothie.
  • Repeat the above step two more times increasing the  Mixed Berry concentrate until colour is darker. 
  • Garnish with a dollop of fresh cream berries and berry sauce..
  • So Berry Satisfying!

Caramel/Hazelnut Chai Chiller

  • In a blender, pour 150ml of milk/water, 1&1/2 cups of ice
  • Add 2 scoops of Cappstar's Chai Latte Tea Mix
  • Add 15ml of Caramel flavour syrup
  • Blend for 25 secs or until smooth
  • Pour into a cup, and garnish with a dusting of cinnamon
  • Try an old favourite as an ice-blended! 

Orange Chocolate Dream - Ice Blended

  • In a blender, pour 150ml of freshly squeezed orange juice over 1 1/2 cups of ice
  • Add 2 scoops of Cappstar's Decadent Chocolate
  • Blend for 25 secs or until smooth
  • Pour into a cup, and garnish with a shaving of chocolate and orange zest
  • Simple and Delicious! 

Chocolate Banana Freezoccino

  • Pour 1/2 cup of water/milk into blender
  • Pour 1½ scoops of Cappstar's Decadent Chocolate mix into blender
  • Add 1 cups of ice into blender
  • Add 1 ripe banana into blender
  • Blend for 30 secs or until smooth
  • Pour into a tall glass and garnish with a dollop of fresh cream, a banan slice and a drizzle of chocolate sauce.
  • An absolute Classic!

Chocolate Hazelnut Explosion - Ice Blended

  • Pour 150ml of milk or water over 1 & 1/2 cups of ice into blender
  • Add 2 scoops of Cappstar's Decadent Chocolate
  • Add 2 pumps of hazelnut syrup
  • Blend for 25 secs or until smooth
  • Pour into a cup, drizzle with hazelnut syrup & garnish with a sprinkle of crushed hazelnuts
  • Very scrumptious! 

Midnight n Mint Freezoccino

  • Pour 150ml of milk or water over 1 & 1/2 cups of ice into blender
  • Add 2 scoops of Cappstar's Decadent Chocolate
  • Add 15ml of Wild Mint flavour syrup
  • Blend for 25 secs or until smooth
  • Pour into a tall glass, garnish with fresh whipped cream, dark chocolate shards and a mint sprig. 
  • Addiction for Mint Lovers!

Vanilla Smoothie Mix  - All Smoothies (355ml)

  • Pour 1/3 cup of water/milk into blender 
  • Place 1 - 1½ scoops of Vanilla Smoothie Mix into Blender
  • Add 1½ cups of ice into blender
  • Now the fun begins - add fresh fruit, fruit juice, syrups - in fact anything you like!
  • Blend for 30 secs or until smooth
  • Enjoy!

Coconut Chai Freezoccino

  • Pour 150ml of milk or water over 1 & 1/2 cups of ice into blender
  • Add 1 scoop Cappstar's Indian Chai and 1 scoop Coconut Cream
  • Add 2 pumps of Manuka Honey
  • Blend for 25 secs or until smooth
  • Pour into a cup, garnish with a dollop of fresh whipped cream and a mint sprig.
  • Spicy Island style!

Banoffee - Salted Caramel Banana Freezoccino

  • Pour 150ml of milk or water over 1 & 1/2 cups of ice into blender
  • Add 2 scoops of Cappstar's Salted Caramel Latte
  • Add 2 pumps of banana syrup
  • Blend for 25 secs or until smooth
  • Pour into a cup, drizzle with caramel syrup & garnish with slices of fresh banana
  • Awesome combination!

Honey-Coffee Freezoccino 

  • Pour 150ml of milk or water over 1 & 1/2 cups of ice into blender
  • Add 2 scoops of Cappstar's Iced Coffee mix
  • Add 2 pumps of Manuka Honey
  • Blend for 25 secs or until smooth
  • Pour into a cup, garnish with a dollop of fresh whipped cream and a drizzle of Manuka Honey.
  • Coffee Buzzzzzz!

Honey-Green Tea Matcha Frappe

  • Pour 150ml of milk or water over 1 & 1/2 cups of ice into blender
  • Add 2 scoops of Cappstar's Matcha Frappe powder
  • Add 2 pumps of Manuka Honey
  • Blend for 25 secs or until smooth
  • Pour into a cup, garnish with a dollop of fresh whipped cream, mint leaf and a drizzle of Manuka Honey.
  • Deliciously Green, very refreshing.

"Steamers" or Flavoured Lattes (use any flavour)

  • Place ½ to ¾ scoop of Cappstar's mix into latte glass or cup
  • Add 1/3 hot water and stir
  • Now top up with hot frothed milk
  • Stir and enjoy!

Chai Latte Tea - Hot 225ml serve

  • Place ½ to ¾ scoop of Cappstar's mix into latte glass or cup
  • Add 1/3 hot water and stir
  • Now top up with hot frothed milk
  • Garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon and enjoy!
